A delicacy best paired with fried oysters or smoked salmon.
Combine the ant caviar with some fromage blanc, fresh cracked black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Place a fried oyster, or a thin slice of smoked salmon on a piece of freshly-baked bread, and top with the ant caviar. Sprinkle with chives and fresh lemon juice.
